Ethen Ostroff

Personal Injury Lawyer

Meet Ethen Ostroff

Ethen Ostroff: Founder & CEO of Ethen Ostroff Law

Ethen Ostroff, Esq. is not your typical lawyer. As the founder and CEO of Ethen Ostroff Law, a premier personal injury firm, Ethen is passionate about fighting for those who need it most—the injured, the vulnerable, and those who have been wronged by the negligence of others. His journey into law was not a coincidence; it was a calling. Growing up, Ethen dreamt of becoming someone who could fight for justice—someone who could take down “bad guys.” However, realizing that superpowers weren’t part of the equation, he decided to become a lawyer, believing that the next best thing to being a superhero was becoming an advocate for those who needed help.

Ethen has a strong educational foundation that has shaped his unique career. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law (2015–2018), where he honed his legal skills. Prior to that, Ethen obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Penn State University (2011–2015). This combination of legal education and advertising knowledge has proven invaluable, providing him with the analytical skills required to be an effective personal injury lawyer and the creative, marketing-savvy mindset necessary for his entrepreneurial ventures.

Ethen’s approach to law is fueled by empathy and a deep understanding of what it means to fight for what’s right. His firm stands as a reflection of his values—integrity, compassion, and tireless dedication to clients. From mass tort cases to personal injury claims, Ethen is committed to ensuring that individuals who have suffered due to negligence receive the compensation and justice they deserve.

A Bold Mission: 1 Million Plaintiffs, 1 Million Jobs

Ethen’s ambition isn’t confined to a local or even national scale; he’s focused on making a global impact. His mission is simple but profound: to represent or co-counsel over 1 million plaintiffs and create 1 million jobs worldwide. It’s an audacious goal, but Ethen’s track record suggests that no challenge is too big. He has built his businesses and reputation around making this mission a reality. Through his legal practice and innovative business ventures, he strives to empower his clients and the global workforce. The need for reliable, trustworthy legal counsel has never been greater. Unfortunately, many people hire the wrong lawyers, often due to misinformation about their rights or the complexity of their cases. Ethen recognized this challenge early on and decided to do something about it. Instead of limiting his impact on his practice, he built a nationwide network of trusted legal partners. This network ensures that no matter where a client is, they will always have access to the right legal expertise to help them through their case. In addition to providing legal services, Ethen is deeply committed to solving the global employment crisis. His belief in providing meaningful jobs and lifting others is a driving force behind his ventures. His companies employ skilled workers from around the world, and provide employment opportunities in industries ranging from law to healthcare to marketing. This global network of job creation plays a key role in Ethen’s mission to create a world where both justice and opportunity are accessible to all.

Building Ethen Ostroff Law

Ethen Ostroff Law officially launched in January 2022, but the journey to get there was years in the making. Ethen built his career on the values of justice and helping others. With his firm, he aimed to combine these core values with the latest technology to improve client outcomes. Since its inception, Ethen Ostroff Law has already referred over 4,800 mass tort and personal injury cases, providing critical legal support to individuals who have suffered corporate negligence or other injustices.

The firm’s client-centered approach has earned them over 1,800 Google reviews, a testament to their exceptional service. At the heart of the firm is Ethen’s belief that technology should be used not to replace human connection but to enhance it. His focus on leveraging technology and cultivating strong referral networks has allowed his firm to quickly become a trusted name in personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Clients can always expect to be connected with skilled, compassionate legal professionals who will handle their cases with the care they deserve.

Innovating Through Business: Attorney Assistant and Turn Key Ops

Ethen’s commitment to innovation extends far beyond his law firm. He is the CEO of Attorney Assistant and Turn Key Ops, two companies that are changing how businesses and law firms operate. These companies focus on addressing staffing challenges by providing businesses with virtual assistants (VAs) who can handle administrative tasks and allow businesses to scale efficiently. Attorney Assistant was created to help law firms streamline their operations, providing various services, from reception and intake to record retrieval and administrative tasks. For law firms, this means they can delegate essential but time-consuming tasks to a dedicated VA, freeing up time to focus on providing exceptional legal services to their clients. Ethen and his team are deeply committed to improving the operational efficiency of law firms across the country, allowing them to focus on what they do best—fighting for justice. Turn Key Ops, on the other hand, expands these services beyond the legal industry. Providing VAs for sectors such as real estate, marketing, and healthcare, Turn Key Ops helps businesses in various industries streamline their processes and create more growth opportunities. The company’s global team of VAs, predominantly based in the Philippines and Central/South America, has been a game-changer for businesses looking to improve productivity without compromising quality. By overseeing their work and ensuring they are always matched with meaningful projects, Turn Key Ops ensures its VAs are empowered to succeed. Through these companies, Ethen has created jobs for over 750 individuals across the globe, fulfilling his vision of creating a more connected and efficient workforce. This is just one example of how Ethen uses innovation to solve industry problems and create opportunities for people worldwide.

A Passion for Giving Back

For Ethen, success is about more than just achieving business milestones—it’s about making a difference. His admiration for the people he works with in the Philippines has inspired him to give back to the communities there. Through partnerships with local ministries and orphanages, Ethen is providing much-needed support to the people in these communities while working toward his goal of creating 1 million jobs.

Ethen’s dedication to giving back is reflected in his work with the Future Firm Mastermind, where he mentors other law firm owners. By sharing his expertise and experience, Ethen is helping others navigate the complexities of the legal industry and build successful, sustainable firms. His commitment to the community, locally and globally, is at the heart of everything he does.

A Leader with Vision and Heart

Ethen’s leadership style combines strategic foresight with a deep sense of empathy. He has built a team-oriented culture where people feel valued and supported. Whether making tough business decisions or mentoring law firm owners, Ethen leads with heart. He believes that when people are empowered and supported, they can achieve incredible things for themselves and the communities they serve.

Ethen’s ability to anticipate challenges and guide his teams through them has made him a respected leader in the legal and business world.
