Injured Anywhere in the Country?

We'll Help You Get Justice.

Whether we represent you or not, we’ll make sure you get justice. That’s the promise at Ethen Ostroff Law, and it doesn’t stop at the Pennsylvania border.
We handle injury cases directly in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. But injured people call us from every state in the country – and we don’t turn them away. We listen, we tell them honestly what we think of their case, and we connect them with an attorney who can fight for them where they live. It costs nothing to make that call.

Justice For All isn’t a slogan we apply selectively. If you were hurt and someone else is responsible, you deserve someone in your corner. Let’s figure out who that is.

OUR LOCAL OFFICE

Ethen Ostroff Law

It Starts With Mass Torts

Some injuries don’t come from one accident in one town. They come from a defective medical device, a dangerous drug, a contaminated product, or a company that knew about a risk and sold it anyway – harming thousands of people across the country at once.

These are called mass torts: cases where many injured people bring claims against the same defendant, often consolidated into a single court. They work differently from a standard injury case, they take specialized firms to litigate, and they are almost never limited by state lines.

This is where our national reach matters most. Ethen Ostroff Law works with partner firms handling mass tort litigation nationwide, including:

Types of mass tort claims

Asbestos and mesothelioma exposure

Claims tied to long-term exposure, industrial sites, and legacy product liability.

Hernia mesh and defective medical devices

Surgical implants, faulty components, and medical products that failed to perform safely.

Vaccine injury claims

Claims involving adverse reactions, rare side effects, and specialized litigation pathways.

Toxic exposure and dangerous chemicals

Cases involving contaminated environments, industrial pollutants, and hazardous substances.

Defective drugs and consumer products

Prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and everyday goods that caused harm.

Think a product, drug, or device may have caused your injury?

If you think a product, drug, or device may have caused your injury or an illness in your family, reach out. We’ll tell you straight whether we think there’s a claim there – and if there is, we’ll get you in front of the attorneys handling that litigation.

INJURY & NEGLIGENCE • NATIONWIDE NETWORK

Other Areas of Practice We Cover

Beyond mass torts, our network handles the full range of injury and negligence claims. Wherever you were hurt, there’s likely a firm we trust who takes this kind of case:

A note on workers' compensation: Ethen Ostroff Law no longer handles workers' comp cases in-house. If you were hurt on the job - in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or any other state - we'll connect you with a comp attorney who does this work every day.

How It Works

You don’t need to know which state’s law applies, whether you have a case, or what kind of lawyer you need. That’s our job.

01

You tell us what happened.

Call or send us a message. Where you were hurt, when, and how. The consultation is free, always.

02

We listen and give you an honest read.

Not a sales pitch - an actual assessment. We'll also flag anything urgent, because every state sets its own statute of limitations, a legal deadline for filing your claim. Miss it and you may lose the right to recover anything at all.

03

We point you to the right firm.

If your case belongs in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, that's us. If it belongs somewhere else, we introduce you directly to an attorney licensed there who handles your type of case.

04

You decide.

You're never obligated to hire anyone we suggest. It's your case.

05

You pay nothing out of pocket.

The consultation is free, and injury cases are handled on contingency - meaning legal fees come out of the recovery, and only if there is one.

Why Start Here Instead of a Search Engine?

A search results page can’t read your case, confirm which firms actually answer the phone, or tell you which attorneys are built for the long fight. We can.

Built for the right case

We don't just match you to any firm. We match you to the right firm for your injury, your timeline, and the kind of fight your case needs.

Real answers from real people

You talk to people who have spent years inside injury litigation, not a generic intake script. We can tell you what a strong case looks like before you commit.

A direct path to resolution

If your case belongs here, you've already found your firm. If it belongs somewhere else, we send you to attorneys we would trust with our own family.

Where We Represent You Directly

Ethen Ostroff Law is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If your injury happened in either state, we handle your case ourselves – from the first phone call through resolution.

No fees unless we recover for you.

Pennsylvania

Licensed representation from intake to resolution.

New Jersey

Licensed representation from intake to resolution.

Direct representation when it matters most

No referral, no handoff. If your injury happened in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, we handle your case ourselves.
