CEO
Ethen Ostroff is the CEO of Ethen Ostroff Law. By trade, Ethen is a lawyer licensed in Pennsylvania who fights for the hurt and vulnerable. Growing up, Ethen wanted to take down bad guys for a living but was unfortunately born without superpowers, so he became the closest thing he could think of: a lawyer. Ethen’s mission is to co-counsel or represent over 1 million plaintiffs and to staff over 1 million people.
James DiBitetto
COO
James DiBitetto is the COO of Attorney Assistant. James is a data expert and former consultant who worked for over 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry, helping companies optimize their sales forces and product performance. James has developed strong expertise in leading international teams and getting the most out of his colleagues, all while ensuring a fun and productive workplace environment. James has not come across a problem he can’t solve using Excel – he invites you to try to stump him. James is a people person who always wants the best for his team and for his clients.
Brandon Zanan
Personal Injury Lawyer
Brandon’s education in both law and medicine assist him in expertly representing badly injured victims. Brandon has a Master’s Degree in Forensic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, with a concentration in anatomy and pathology. With this knowledge, Brandon is skilled at analyzing medical records and understanding injuries that are common in personal injury claims.
